Over the last decade I've crafted a completely new method of music instruction by using the feedback of over a thousand students. It flows seamlessly through 3 distinct levels; Absolute beginner, Novice, and Expert. If just for fun, or for serious auditions and professional work, this system will bring you to new levels.
Beginner: What you will be able to do:
Play any song you want, day 1. There is a way to do the necessary beginner grunt work and love every second of it. We start with any 10 songs you'd love to play, and with a little time on technique/hand placement out of the way, we get started on the songs right away. The charts in the beginners package immediately give you the tools to approach any song in any key, using gorgeous open chords, strumming patterns and plush picking patterns. Enormously more efficient, fun and educational than reading notation and playing Mary had a Little Lamb.
Novice: What you will be able to do
Gain Total Comprehension. Play the chords and scale of any song or chord progression, in any key, anywhere on the guitar without using notation or even note names. Never be lost on the fretboard again.
Sharpen your ear. Immediately find the key of any song you listen to by ear, and consequently the chord progression and melody of the song, without the need for years of ear training.
Improvise beautiful songs. Be able to sit down with the guitar and create chords and melody together.
Master chord building. Literally build every chord imaginable with almost no memorization whatsoever. Replace a 500+ page chord book with two very simple but profound charts.
Master Scales. Play any scale anywhere on the guitar, with two charts.
Learn how to jam. Keep up in any musical environment, be a step ahead instead of two steps behind. Use music as a language, and have a conversation with friends.
Escape your Rut. The barrier that every musician faces is theory. It’s not so hard to start learning and playing the songs you love, but soon we just end up playing the same things, getting stuck in our patterns, getting into the inevitable RUT. Getting past this requires much more time and energy studying tedious theory than most of us have the time or patience to do. This method has been meticulously crafted over a decade, and has been refined by the feedback of more than a thousand students to create the most efficient, profound, clear and elegant solution for the modern day musician.
Expert:
Complete mastery of any area of music, from advanced playing technique, improvising counterpoint, to complex modulation, deep melodic phrasing, composition, sight reading.. total control of sound.
