Hello, my name is Robert, and and would like to thank you for your interest in my personal chef services. As a personal chef I am prepared to offer restaurant quality food without restaurant prices, salt, or calories I allow people to eat carefully customized menus filled with nutritious and great tasting food. I also provide people the means to save time that is normally spent planning, shopping, transporting, cooking, storing, and cleaning for each meal. My modest rates make my services economically viable not only for the wealthy and furthermore, people save money if they generally eat prepared meals elsewhere. I commonly work for senior citizens and busy parents, or for athletes looking for customized diets, but I have also catered for business parties and special events. I have worked for people taking medications, people on specific diets including vegan, kosher, halal, therapeutic, and weight lose. Before any cooking occurs it's important to clearly discuss diet specifications concerning an intolerance to certain foods, allergies, medications, or preferences, or interests. I have extensive knowledge of Canadian, French, Italian Asian, Mexican, and Eastern European cuisines. I prepare breakfasts, lunches, suppers, snacks, finger food, comfort food and desserts. I make my own bread, pasta, pastries,ice-cream, sorbet, frozen yogurt, and sauces of all kind. I have a Professional Cooking diploma from ITHQ, and I have certifications in Food Handling and First Aid. I studied nutrition and food science during my studies at Concordia University and I am a certified member of The Chef Alliance and The Canadian Personal Chef Association. I have worked for Mount Stephen Club, ITHQ, Sacrée Soirée, Misto, Pizzafiore, and Chaud Lapin. . I provide recipes, tips, and nutritional information to anyone who is interested.
