I have two commercial spaces available, each about 750sq. ft., in a well maintained semi-commercial building situated on a busy corner. In the photo, one space is where the sign reads Cafe Bar and also the space to the left, previously a grocery store. It is possible therefore to open the wall and connect the spaces. The combined space would be almost 1600 sq. ft and there are full basements downstairs.

Some ideas that I think would be good for the location are:
- a resto/cafe with internet. Maybe you are looking to set up a coop like Cafe L'Artere on avenue du Parc or like Le Pick-Up in Mile X.
- a restaurant - such as an Indian restaurant would work well.
- a flower shop
- a daycare
- a photocopy service center
- an office of some sort- accountant, notary, immigration lawyer
- a bakery/patisserie, even with Indian style sweets.
- a poissonnerie (there are none in the area)
- an artist studio
