If you are looking for autonomy, flexibility and added responsibilities to the lifeguarding position this can be the perfect summer job for the professional lifeguard.
PLPS pools is a reputable llifeguard placement agency in operation since 1992. We hired over 60 lifeguards in 2011. We are looking for mature and responsible professional lifeguards capable of managing all aspects of a summer pool. Managing schedules, maintenance and safety are expected duties. Experience and references are an asset. Training is provided and job support is guaranteed. Flexible hours are possible and additional hours are available. Some pools teaching hours are available, as well as maintenance opportunities and training for pool openings and closings before and after the season is possible. Many private commercial pools are available for assignment and at least 60 lifeguards are on staff for replacements. Junior positions are available. Part-time and replacements only opportunities can be arranged. Summer vacations are able to be accomedated.
