We are looking to establish a long term strategic partnership with an experienced and knowledgeable individual who can act as project manager, foreman and estimator.
We are not offering a set salary. What we are offering are solid leads, caring for all financial arrangements and contractual logistics, and a generous profit sharing arrangement.
 
Tasks include:
  1. Job quotations (labour and materials)
  2. Supervise work ensuring the highest standards of workmanship
  3. Coordinate scheduling between workers, customer and office
  4. Incorporate cost saving measures for both labour and materials
  5. Act as liaison between the workers on site, the customer  and the office
  6. Oversee and coordinate material deliveries  
  7. Ensure jobs are running on time and on budget
We are a RBQ licensed General Contracting company headquartered in Montreal.
The employees and tradesman which will carry out the work can be ones that are known to you.
Bilingualism is required
