Up for sale is this immaculate condition D12-28 Martin Acoustic Guitar.

Absolutely spotless !

Took it recently to a Luthier shop, to tune the neck and strings. It is playing fantastically.

Price is Firm.
NO Trades, sorry.

Built in 2005. Serial number 1051831.
Characteristic wood smell when opening the case.
Hard shell case.
It does not have electronics (body is not cut).
It has been very well maintained.
